Homemade vegetable broth may seem intimidating but I promise you it's easier than you think!

Cooking with homemade broth allows you to control the ingredients, reduce the sodium content, use up leftover veggies and more.

In this workshop I'll cover cleaning your vegetables, roasting the vegetable and then making the broth.

We'll finish up with how to store it. I'll show you my two favorite ways: Freezing and canning!

I'm including printable recipes too!
