In this workshop I'll show you how to choose the perfect pepper, clean your peppers and then several diffrent ways to cook them including:

  • Grilling in the oven
  • grilling on a grill

I'll cover how to cut them for freezing and show you how to freeze them without ending up with a big clump of peppers.

You'll learn how to can your peppers too!
